"It was a combination of things, We were flat. We geared our defense for their passing attack and when
they started running on us, we couldn't adjust. They nickle-and-dimed us to death. We were sluggish.
We are an entirely different team than what we showed against Vanguard. We are much better."

But Wettstein says his team doesn't deserve to beat Forest. "We've got no business winning." he says.
"Their program is way ahead of ours."

After losing to Vanguard, the Yellow Jackets bounced back with a 12-0 win over Buchholz. Though
somewhat displeased with his offense. Wettstein seemed satisfied with the rebound victory. "We
looked good. I was kind of disappointed in our running game, but Buchholz had the best defense we've
faced this year."

The Jackets entered the game with a 425-yard offensive average, but produced only 110 rushing and
127 passing against the Bobcats.

Wettstein appears more concerned about his defense going into the Forest game. "They have such a
terrific offensive attack,: he says. "They do so many things so well. You can't prepare for them like you
would a normal game. It takes much more than that.

"We have to work on several different defenses and repeat them over and over in practice. You can't
have just one defense and hope to survive against them. It takes total preparation."
