LEESBURG, Fla. -- Noor Davis has had a senior year full of experiences.
Davis, No. 17 in the ESPNU 150 and the nation's top OLB, saw his first live college football game last
month when Florida hosted Alabama and he will see his first No. 1 vs. No. 2 game this Saturday when
Alabama hosts LSU.

And Davis experienced the thrill of wearing the Under Armour All-American jersey Thursday in a
ceremony with his family and teammates in attendance. It was part of the 80-stop American Family
Insurance presents the Under Armour All-America Game selection tour.

"I committed to this game back in March and it's a blessing to wear this jersey," said Davis, who plays
at Leesburg (Fla.) High School. "I'm loss for words."

The 6-foot-3, 225-pounder committed to Stanford in May and took his official visit to the campus on Oct..
22

"It was a great trip, I got a chance to see my future coaches and see the players," Davis said. "It was a
great experience to watch a football game there, to experience how hard they work and watch the way
they competed."

Davis has two more official visits planned after this weekend -- Auburn on Nov. 19 and USC on Nov . 26.

"My parents encouraged me to take my visits so that I'm 100 percent sure of my decision," Davis said.
"I'm going for the environment and comparing my experiences because you don't really know what you
have until you compare it with something else."

Davis has stated on many occasions that he's a solid commit to Stanford and it would take a lot for him
to change his mind. However he is enjoying the opportunity to see other campuses and watch several
big games.

"It's unbelievable really, a once in a lifetime experience to see college football at it's best and meet all
these players and coaches," Davis said. "It's been one of the best experiences of my life."

Davis, who transferred to Leesburg from The Villages over the summer, is on the cusp of making the
playoffs with his new team. Even if they fall short Davis is happy with the move he made

"It's been a great season, we're in a competitive district against some of the best teams in the state,"
Davis said. "And this is a wonderful school, it's very diverse and the student body really gets behind
each other. I have enjoyed my time here with my friends, teachers and coaches."
