The end position, which has become vacant through Ling's stepping into quarterback has so many
candidates struggling for its favor that unquestionably it will be adequately filled. Roller Moore, the fat
man of last year's regulars,  has left that class behind him. Working this summer in the great outdoors
at manual labor removed three inches of his girth and this season he is almost sylphlike in his actions
on the field.

Buddy Milam is probably the heaviest man on the line and still the quiet, dependable guard that he was
last year. Baldwin and Cahill in the backfield sure look like plenty of thrills for they are the plunging type
that don't know when to quit. Gopher Brown has gained weight and is right at the bottom of the pile
every time.

The proposed game with Montverde is not to be scheduled, as Coach Banning feels that the men are
far enough advanced to receive training in some of the more intricate plays and hopes to have a good
repertoire worked up by the 23re, when Eustis comes to this city for the first game of the season.
