A series of line bucks in which both Jenkins and Adams figured brought the ball to the 2 yard line. The
direct pass to Ling that followed was fumbled and Ling fell on the ball. Gainesville kicked and it was
the Yellowjackets' ball on their 40-yard line. A pass thrown by Cahill was incomplete.

McMillan, left end for the Gainesville team, was playing a sweet game and was a constant worry on
end runs. Leesburg failed to make downs and it was Gainesville's ball on Leesburg's 39-yard line.
Long of Gainesville took the ball on the next play and on a line play displayed a 55-yard run that would
have been a credit to "Red" Grange.

First down and five yard and the goal to make. Cohen took the ball through center for the first
touchdown and he also kicked goal making it seven for Gainesville. Gainesville kicked off, Moore
receiving. Cahill took the ball on the next play to Gainesville's 38-yard line as time was called for the
half.
