Leesburg junior Robert Robbins caught 31 passes for 402 yards and tallied two touchdowns
to highlight the Yellow Jackets offensively.

Leesburg senior Gary Keller was the most prolific placekicker in the area, earning himself All
Area First Team honors. The lanky Yellow Jacket converted seven of nine extra-point attempts
and kicked four field goals including a 50-yarder against North Marion. His three other
three-pointers were beyond 30 yards as he totaled 19 points for the season.

Leesburg, punter Jim Sloan averaged more than 39 yards a kick to earn a place on the
Second team.

Although Leesburg won only one contest all season, senior Wade Scales made sure the
Yellow Jacketws defense usually kept things close. His 136 total hits (69 solo tackles and 57
assists) and three fumble recoveries led LHS.

Leesburg's Nehemiah Wolfe moves up from All Area Second Team a year ago to First Team
his senior year. Wolfe already has been named the Orange Belt Conference's Defensive
Player of the Year for his overall abilities. His quickness was one reason opposing offenses
always seemed to run the opposite way.
