Dad's Club Appoints '60 Committees

Leesburg Dad's Club president Murray Parker today announced appointment of committees for the
club's 1959-1960 year. Those named are:
Promotion Vincent Fechtel, chariman: Ed Hough, Ben Brown, Harvey Young.
Promotion and Publick Relations: Clay Watkiins, chariman; Bill Thomas, John Kadlec, Jim Seng.
Membership: Ed Hough, chairman; Lee LeMaster, Frank Lukens, Vrigil Ferguson.
Entertainment: Jim Walker, chairman; Ford Bowersox, Roy Chamings, Harvey Young.
Budget and Finance: Frank Lukens, chairman: M. K. Smith, Earl Burt, Ray Hayes, Rufus Holloway, Ed
Hough, Jack Hewitt.
Athletic ADvisory: Dr. H. D. Young, chariman; J. B. Copeland, Don Bridge, Claude Moor.
Program Selling: Chuck Lorenz, chairman; Andrew Miller, Ed Hough, Harvery Uoung, Jim Herlong, Fred
Spradlin, Jim Walker, Cliff Laffick, J. B. Copeland, Byron Herlong, Glen Robertson, assisted by all club
members.
Mr. Parker said there are around 100 choice reserved seats still available, since the clb has added
more
bleachers at the football field.
"I would like to urge those who want to avoid staniding in line and taking the chance of getting a seat to
call ST. 7-5047, adn contact Bill Thomas t the high school", Mr. Parker said. "We have added one whole
new section of seats in order to accommodate more Jacket rooters, and still allow plenty of seating for
visiting team boosters. Everyone who had reserve seats last year was pleased with the extra
