Young Scores Three Times, Royals Defeat Glory Eagles 30-20

LAKE WALES, Fla. - In week four of the college football season, Warner University defeated
University of Faith 30-20 at Legion Field in an exhibition contest.  The Royals remain at 1-2 in
2014 while the Glory Eagles, in their first year, are now 0-3 on the season.

The Royals' offense got off to a great start with touchdowns on their first two possessions of
the game.  The Royals went 78 yards in four plays to open the game then, following a blocked
field goal attempt by Loronza Smith, went 79 yards in 15 plays to go up 14-0.  Darrin Davis, Jr.
and Leslie Young scored both touchdowns for the Royals.

The Glory Eagles got on the scoreboard in the second quarter thanks to a 76 yard touchdown
pass from Brandon Hames to Adrian Jenkins.  The Royals blocked the point-after attempt and
Henri Luma scooped up the loose ball and returned the length of the field for a two-point
safety putting the Royals ahead 16-6.

In the third quarter, the Royals extended their lead to 30-6 thanks to the legs of Leslie Young.  
Young scored on runs of 60 yards and two yards giving him three touchdowns on the day.

The Royals' defense was impressive in the third quarter holding the Glory Eagles to 79 total
yards on 21 plays while forcing two fumbles.  Afga Sejour and Nicolas Dorado forced the
fumbles for the Royals.

The Glory Eagles tried to rally late in the fourth quarter with a pair of touchdowns and a
two-point conversion that narrowed the Royals' lead to 30-20.  Davis and the Royals' offense
took over with 4:01 left in the game following the Glory Eagles second touchdown of the
quarter and went 44 yards in seven plays to run out the clock securing the 30-20 exhibition
Bryant Benton hauled in a team-high
five passes for 24 yards.
